Full Basement Renovation

Burcon Construction recently completed a full basement renovation at a home in Lucan, which included framing, drywall installation, and insulation for improved comfort and energy efficiency. The renovation also featured high-quality laminate flooring throughout the basement. A standout feature of the project is a beautiful rustic barn door and live edge mantle piece, adding charm and character to the space. Additionally, a brand new full bathroom was installed, boasting a herringbone tiled heated floor, a custom shower with multiple shower heads including rainfall showerheads, and exquisite tile work. The shower is enhanced with shower heads on either side and a stunning glass shower door, providing both luxury and functionality to the renovated basement area.
